Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal) — NOFADED

1) Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

2) How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (e.g. email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period has expired.

3) Effects of withdrawal (refund)

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

4) Returns

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return shipping costs: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5) Print-on-demand note

Many NOFADED items are produced on demand. This does not automatically remove your EU withdrawal right. The withdrawal right applies unless the exception in Section 6 applies.

6) No right of withdrawal for personalised/custom items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, for example items made specifically for you with your name, custom text, custom photo/graphic provided by you, or other individual customisation requested by you.
